ESPC Terms and Conditions

Welcome to The ESPC! By signing up, using our facilities, or attending our classes, you agree to the following Terms and Conditions.
1. Membership & Payments
Membership fees must be paid in full, on time, and as per the agreed plan.
Any unpaid dues may result in suspension of access to facilities.
2. Gym Rules & Conduct
Respect staff, members, and equipment at all times.
Wipe down equipment after use and return weights to their racks.
Proper attire and footwear must be worn in all workout areas.
No smoking, alcohol, or illegal substances allowed on premises.
3. Health & Safety
Members must disclose any medical conditions that could impact their safety while exercising.
Use equipment responsibly and seek assistance if unsure.
The ESPC is not liable for injuries caused by improper use of equipment or failure to follow instructions.
If feeling unwell, members should immediately stop exercising and seek assistance.
4. Liability Waiver
Members acknowledge that gym activities involve inherent risks.
The ESPC is not responsible for personal injuries, lost belongings, or damaged property.
Members participate in activities at their own risk and should have appropriate insurance coverage.
5. External Links & Services
If payments (e.g., Direct Debit) are processed through third-party providers, The ESPC is not responsible for their policies or errors.
6. Changes to Terms
We reserve the right to update these Terms at any time. Continued use of our facilities means acceptance of new terms.

Cancellation policy
Members may cancel their membership by providing written notice at least 90 days before their next billing cycle.
Members who wish to cancel before the end of the 3-month period may be subject to an early termination fee of £50.
Any discounts or promotional pricing applied to the membership will be forfeited upon early cancellation.
Direct Debit payments will automatically stop at the end of the 3-month period following the cancellation request.
